1.Wash your hair, and blow dry it but NOT completely, i reccomend you use good quality products
2.Lightly spritz a volumizing spray all over damp hair, then let it dry for few minutes
3.Plug in your curling iron, let it heat well for the best results you NEED to use a
1" curling iron
4.Start curling your hair from the roots all the way down
loosely wrap 1"[or less] hair sections around the iron and clap shut for 10 seconds
5.Make sure you curl all of your hair that way
6.When you are done curling your hair, take out a a hair gel or a really good hairspray
apply just a right amount of it, till it looks like Miley's.
